How can I create a dating profile?

To create a Viber Dating profile:

1. Tap on More
2. Tap on Create Profile
3. Review the Terms & Conditions
4. Tap on
5. Enter your details and upload photos
6. Enable location services
7. Accept the Community Guidelines

You can file a report by long-tapping (Android) or swiping left (iOS) on the chat you wish to report and tapping on Report .

To update your Dating profile:

1. Open Rakuten Viber on your phone
2. Tap on Chats
3. Tap on Your profile picture
4. Tap on Edit profile
5. Make the desired changes
6. Tap on Done (iOS) or Checkmark (Android)

To update your matching filters:

1. Open Rakuten Viber on your phone
2. Tap on Chats
3. Tap on Viber Dating
4. Tap on Settings
5. Adjust the distance and age range
6. Tap on Apply changes

Viber Dating Premium is a paid monthly subscription that gives you access to the paid Dating features with increased credit to improve your dating experience. These include extra MegaLikes, extra Boosts to make your profile more visible, and full access to see who likes you.

You can subscribe from the Profile tab or when buying one-time features like MegaLikes or Boosts. Tap Get more with Premium and follow the purchase steps through the App Store/Google Play.

1. 10 MegaLikes every month to show potential matches extra interest
2. 2 Boosts every month to increase your profile visibility
3. Full access to the Likes tab to see who liked you

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel it through the App Store/Google Play.

Note: Deleting Rakuten Viber or your dating profile does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play.

When your subscription ends, you will lose access to Premium features like the Likes tab and monthly MegaLikes and Boosts. You can renew anytime to regain these benefits.

Yes, you can restore your subscription by following these steps:

1. Open Rakuten Viber on your phone
2. Tap on More
3. Tap on Settings
4. Tap on Account
5. Tap on Purchases

A MegaLike is your way to show a potential match that you’re really interested. The recipients of your MegaLikes will be able to tell that you’ve MegaLiked them, elevating the chance of matching!

The MegaLike feature is gradually being rolled out and might not be available in your country yet.

MegaLikes can be purchased by tapping the MegaLike button on a match you’d like to send a MegaLike or by visiting your dating profile.

Recipients can see that you’ve MegaLiked them when they come across your profile while swiping or on their Likes page (if they have purchased the option to view received likes).

Your name or age can only be changed by deleting your profile and creating a new one. To do that:

1. Open Rakuten Viber on your phone
2. Tap on Chats
3. Tap on Viber Dating
4. Tap on View profile
5. Tap on Your profile picture
6. Tap on Settings
7. Tap on Account
8. Tap on Delete Viber Dating account
9. Tap on Delete account to confirm

To delete your dating profile:

1. Open Rakuten Viber on your phone
2. Tap on Chats
3. Tap on Viber Dating
4. Tap on View profile
5. Tap on More
6. Tap on Delete profile
7. Tap on Yes, delete to confirm

Hide Contacts takes user control to the next level by providing enhanced privacy and flexibility. This feature allows you to proactively hide specific numbers from your phone's contact list.

After completing the onboarding process and creating your account, you will see a prompt asking if you want to hide some contacts. Click on Hide Contacts to proceed.

To access Hide Contacts post-onboarding:

1. Open Rakuten Viber on your phone
2. Tap on Dating
3. Go to your Profile tab
4. Tap on Settings
5. Tap on Hide Contacts
6. Finally, tap on Hide next to each contact you’d like to be hidden from, or Hide all to hide everyone in your contacts list

Note: You must enable the Access Contacts permission to use Hide Contacts.

The hidden contact will not see your profile on the Discovery feed but will remain visible in your matches and chats.

Unhiding contacts isn’t yet supported, but it will be soon!

To unmatch someone you've matched with:

1. Open Rakuten Viber on your phone
2. Tap on Chats
3. Tap on Viber Dating
4. Long-tap (Android) or swipe left (iOS) on the contact you wish to unmatch
5. Tap Unmatch
6. Confirm by tapping Unmatch again

To submit your feedback on Viber Dating:

1. Open Rakuten Viber on your phone
2. Tap on Chats
3. Tap on Viber Dating
4. Tap on Profile
5. Tap on Send feedback
6. Input your feedback
7. Tap on Send
