How do I upgrade to a paid plan?
To upgrade to a paid plan, follow these steps:
- Open Rakuten Viber on your phone
- Tap on More
- Select Business account settings
- Tap on the Paid Plans banner to view options and pricing
- Choose your plan and follow the prompts to complete the subscription
What happens if I delete my business account while on a paid plan?
If you delete your business account while having an active subscription, your subscription will remain active. You can cancel it through the App Store or Google Play.
What happens if I delete my active Business Plus account and create a new one?
If you delete your business account while having an active subscription, and creating a new business account you will need to cancel the old subscription (used by old account) and upgrade your new account to business plus. If you delete your business account with an active subscription and create a new one, you must cancel the old subscription linked to the previous account and upgrade the new account to Business Plus.
How will I know if my upgrade to a paid plan is successful?
After your upgrade is complete, you will see a notification confirming that you have successfully upgraded to the Business Plus plan. A badge will also appear in your business tools to indicate your premium status.
Can I manage my business account from multiple devices?
You can create and edit your business account only on your primary device. However, you can communicate with customers on linked devices like tablets and desktops.

Why wasn’t my account upgraded to Business Plus?
The app store may need a few minutes to several hours to confirm your payment to Viber. Your status will be updated, and you'll get access to all premium features as soon as we receive this confirmation.
