PIN Protection

The email address and PIN that you use for the 2-step verification feature will be securely stored on our servers. If you change your PIN, your old PIN will be immediately deleted from our servers, and only the PIN you're currently using will be stored.

Your PIN will also be deleted from our servers if you disable the feature or deactivate Rakuten Viber.
