Account setup and benefits
Your Viber account is your free portal to all of Rakuten's services across the world. All you need to do is add your email to your Viber account, and you will have access to all of Rakuten's sites and services from one set of login details.
- Open Viber on your phone
- Tap on More
- Tap on your profile picture
- Tap on Edit details
- Fill in your email address in the email field
- Tap on Verify email
- Tap on Confirm email in the verification email you were sent
- The Viber account is only available on primary devices (your phone)
- The services available from Rakuten may differ according to where you live. See the local websites for more information

Manage your account
You can change the email address associated with your Viber account at any time from the edit details screen.
Disconnect your email by going to the Edit details screen and removing your email address.
Password and access
On the connect screen or edit details screen, tap on Forgot password. Provide your email address, and an email will be sent to you with a link to set a new password.
Follow the link and set your new password to gain access again to your account.
