Business Messages on Viber
From bank transfers to medical results, Business Messages allow you to connect and receive promotions and services from your favorite companies.

What are Business Messages?
Business Messages are sent from companies that you subscribed to receive promotional messages from, received a service from, or interacted with in the past. You can identify them by looking for Viber’s verified icon 
next to their name.
next to their name. The messages will appear in your chat list like any other chat and can be deleted or pinned/favorited to the top of your chat list. To find a Business Message, type the name of the company (or phrase contained in the message) in the search field

Depending on the region you’re located in, you may have access to a Business Message Inbox. The inbox contains all Business Messages that you have received and can be found in your chat list. To keep the inbox at the top, pin/favorite it to the top of the chat list.
Interact with companies
In some chats, you will be able to respond to Business Messages. Interact with the company like you would in any other chat by sending text messages, photos, files, and GIFs. You can also format your messages to emphasize certain parts of the text.
If you want to respond to a specific message that was sent, make sure to reply to it:
- Long tap/click on a message
- Tap/click Reply
- Enter your message and send
Some Business Messages may include a button that you need to press to receive a service. Always double-check that the service provider has a ‘verified’ icon next to their name before you press any buttons or links on Viber.

To view all media, links, and files sent in the chat, tap on the 3 dots 
at the top of the screen.

You can choose to stop receiving all Business Messages or select the companies that you want to stop hearing from.
Individual companies
- Open Viber on your Phone
- Select a Business Message chat
- Tap on the Information icon at the top of the screen
- Switch the Receive messages toggle OFF
All Business Messages
- Open Viber on your Phone
- Tap More
(Android) 
(iOS) - Tap Settings
- Tap Calls and messages
- Find Receive Business Messages and uncheck/toggle OFF the option
- If you have a Business Messages Inbox, this action will permanently clear all messages in the inbox and delete the inbox
Report a company
All companies that partner with Viber must follow strict guidelines regarding the type of content that they can send you. If you feel that a message is spam, illegal, or in any way offensive, you can report it:
- Long tap on the offensive message
- Tap/right-click Report this message
- Complete the Report form
