Redeem a Viber Out coupon
Received a Viber Out coupon?
Follow these steps to get credit in your Viber Out account in less than a minute!
Coupon with a link
- Tap the link on the coupon*
- Tap Redeem
*If you received a physical coupon, you will need to enter the URL into your web browser.
Coupon with a QR code
- Scan the QR code using any QR scanning app, or use Rakuten Viber’s QR scanner:
- Open Rakuten Viber on your phone
- Tap on More
- Tap on the QR scanner
at the top of the screen
- Tap Scan QR Code
- Focus the camera on the QR code to scan it
- Once the QR code has been successfully scanned, the coupon will open on your phone
- Tap Redeem

Once you redeem the coupon, credit will be added to your Credit Balance in your Viber Out account.
