You can cancel your Viber Out plan at any time to stop recurring charges.
How to cancel a Viber Out plan
- Open Viber on your phone
- Tap on More
- Tap on Viber Out
- Tap on the plan that you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel plan
- Tap Confirm
Viber Out will update to display how many minutes / days you have until your Viber Out plan expires.
- Open Viber on your phone
- Tap on More
- Tap on Viber Out
- Tap on the plan that you want to cancel
- Scroll down and tap on Manage plan -> You will be redirected to Google Play
- Tap on the plan that you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel Subscription -> You can choose to pause the subscription or to cancel it completely. To cancel, tap No Thanks
- Select the reason for canceling the subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Viber Out will update to display how many minutes / days you have until your Viber Out plan expires.
- Open Viber on your phone
- Tap on More
- Tap on Viber Out
- Tap on the plan that you want to cancel
- Scroll down and tap on Manage plan -> You will be redirected to the App Store
- Tap on the plan that you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Tap Confirm
Viber Out will update to display how many minutes / days you have until your Viber Out plan expires.
After you cancel
After you cancel your plan, you can continue to use Viber Out until the end of the current billing cycle.
Manage automatic top-ups
To stop your World Credit from being automatically topped up when your credit falls below 2.00 USD / EUR:
Viber app
- Open Viber on your phone
- Tap More
- Tap Viber Out
- Tap My account
- Tap Disable (top of the screen)
- Confirm
Viber Out website
- Log into your account on the Viber Out website
- Click on Payment settings (in the left panel, under Settings)
- Uncheck the box that states: Renew automatically when balance falls below 2.00 USD / EUR
You can continue using Viber Out until your existing credit runs out. Please note that your call will be disconnected as soon as you run out of credit.
