General information
Viber Plus is a premium subscription service that provides paying users an enhanced Viber experience with exclusive features.
A Viber Plus subscription gives you access to:
- An ad-free Viber experience
- An exclusive subscriber badge
- Free access to paid stickers
- Change the Viber app icon
- Contact support via live chat
- Invisibility mode
- Voice-to-text transcription
Viber Plus is offered for a low monthly subscription fee. Please refer to the Viber Plus menu inside Viber for the price.
During the subscription process, a pop up will ask you to approve the charge through the Play Store on Android, or the App Store on iOS.
Note: the subscription auto-renews until it is manually canceled.
Invisibility mode
Invisibility mode is a Viber Plus feature that allows you to hide your online status and read receipts while still seeing others' as long as their own online status and/or read receipts are enabled.
If your Invisibility setting was ON, then as soon as your Viber Plus subscription ends it will be turned off, and the Last online and Read receipt settings will be set to OFF to maintain your privacy.
Invisibility mode does not override anyone's privacy settings.
If your invisibility mode is set to ON, your online status and read receipts will not be shown to others, and you will be able to see other users' online status and read receipts if they have these settings set to ON, or invisibility mode OFF.

Invisibility mode can be turned off by following these steps:
- Open Viber on your phone
- Tap on More
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Privacy
- Tap on Online status/Read receipts
- Choose the privacy settings that you like

Settings
To access Viber Plus settings, please follow these steps:
- Open Viber on your phone
- Tap on More
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Viber Plus
Your Viber Plus features are available on all of your linked devices.
Note: Your phone's Viber Plus settings are not synced to desktop or tablets. You need to adjust settings for each linked device separately.
To contact Viber live support, please follow the steps below:
- Open Viber on your phone
- Tap on More
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Viber Plus
- Tap on Live chat with support
Note: Viber live support is offered in English only.
Subscription management
Your Viber Plus subscription will transfer between phone numbers.
Note: If you are changing devices, you must be logged into the same Apple ID/Google account on the new device and restore your purchases.
Your Viber Plus subscription will not transfer between platforms. If you switched from Android to iOS (or vice versa), you must first cancel your subscription on the old platform, and then subscribe again on the new platform.
Note: Your billing cycle on the new platform will start on the day you subscribe. Leftover days on the old platform will not be refunded or added to your new subscription.
Viber Plus is only available in select countries.
If you don't have the option to subscribe to Viber Plus - it is not yet offered in your country.
Your Viber Plus subscription can only be canceled on a phone. To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
I subscribed using Google Play (on Android)
- Open Play Store
- Tap your profile image at the top of the screen
- Tap on Payments and Subscriptions
- Tap on Subscriptions
- Tap on Viber
- Tap Cancel subscription
I subscribed using the App Store (on iPhone)
- Open Settings on your phone
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap on Subscriptions
- Tap on Viber
- Tap on Cancel subscription
